Manny is a Registered Nurse that has transformed his career into that of a Real Estate Investor while still maintaining a part-time nursing practice. Since 2019, Manny has actively engaged in real estate investments, successfully acquiring and selling a total of 18 units, including various property types such as duplexes, triplexes, a fourplex, and a sixplex. With a strategic shift in focus towards larger buildings in the United States during the summer of 2022, Manny recently celebrated the completion of his first 24-unit building deal in Cleveland, in collaboration with his partners. Looking ahead, Manny has exciting plans to further expand his portfolio, aiming to scale up in the States and explore potential opportunities in Canada, depending on favorable circumstances.
