Dhiraj Patil moved to Canada in October 2018 along with his wife and started investing from mid of 2019. He works as an IT professional, and currently owns 8 units. His primary focus with regards to real estate was to use it as a tool to build wealth. In the past 2 years, he has been educating himself in REI and at the same time trying to build a portfolio of multi-family properties and looking to double his portfolio every year. He is always looking to connect with other individuals who share the same mindset.
