Welcome to the very first episode of the RISE Real Estate Investing Podcast!
Mayu Thava and Austin Yeh provide a quick background on themselves, break down some straight forward real estate terms that will be used religiously throughout this podcast series and provide a brief background on the RISE Network.
Mayu Thava and Austin Yeh are Canadian based real estate investors living in Toronto. They own a portfolio of over $5+ million assets under management and are on a mission to build a real estate portfolio to provide them with financial independence and early retirement. At the time of recording, Mayu is currently 28 years old while Austin is 25 years old and they have been able to grow a large real estate portfolio of cash flowing assets with very limited capital.
